You’ll have the opportunity to…

Identify new opportunities and cultivate existing business relationships to develop with industry leaders and technology partners.
Develop and execute sales and account strategies to maintain and expand business across the account with specific focus on B2B and channel strategies.
Develop a Key Account plan supporting specific business objectives and implements supporting activities, develops key contacts and achieves territory revenue goals.
Develop, build and manage strategic/collaborative partnerships with the key technology partners.
Build trusted relationships with customers, leading to greater satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with your colleagues to identify innovative strategies and efforts increase account penetration and sales.
Continually provide market feedback to the organization around customer trends, market development, competitive activities.

What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s Degree, with strong preference in computer science, marketing or other business-related programs
3+ years of selling and relationship building experience in the financial services
2+ years of technology project experience working with cloud-based technologies including robotic process automation tools and business intelligence tools
Proven sales achievement/track record
Computer proficiency with outstanding ability to use Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel or similar products
Proficiency and understanding of HubSpot, Salesforce.com or similar CRM suites
A strong understanding of strategic selling
Preference will be given to individuals having experience and working knowledge of systems integration
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Must have strong time management skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a start-up sales environment
Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with cross-functional partners and customers
Ability to manage high volume of communications (email, phone, and in person)

Gather and analyze data to identify process key performance improvement areas.
Meet with customers to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
Conduct site visits to analyze currently established processes.

What you will bring to the team…

3+ years experience as a business process analyst or equivalent.
Hands on experience with workflow and process discovery software: Nintex Promapp, UiPath Task Capture, UiPath Process Mining, Lucid Chart, Microsoft Power Automate & Visio
Proven portfolio of completed projects which delivered quantifiable workflow improvements.
Advanced understanding of integrated business functions, workflows, and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
Experience with team and project management.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer (Financial Services)

AXI is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to invent, design, and implement intelligent automation solutions for its clients across the financial services industry. The position reports directly to the VP of Engineering within the AXI Product Development Group.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or master’s degree in a STEM discipline is preferred

Experience:

3-4 years’ experience with UiPath or equivalent preferred
Five years of experience in a technology organization required.
Experience with banking and/or the financial services industry is preferred.
Experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, SQL, Visual Basic, APIs, Python, and/or R is preferred
Functional knowledge of Agile development and software development lifecycle management principles.
Experience with business process improvement, including process mapping and design-based thinking.
Nimble learner with ability to stay current on emerging technologies, novel use cases, and industry best practices.
Experience deploying RPA solutions to server and cloud platforms, including bot credentialing, data security management, and process scheduling
Experience developing RPA solutions that integrate with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing software such as OCR.

 RPA Certified Professional Credential or commensurate certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize RPA scripts to automate routine tasks and decisions
Collaborate with systems architects to implement automation solutions into enterprise architectures
Build and maintain object libraries that promote rapid prototyping
Consult on process definition documents and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions
Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation activities
Provide recommendations for integrating RPA solutions into enterprise applications and architectures
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in a variety of channels (written, oral, presentation) on technical, business process, and strategy topics
Promote agile development practices by maintaining code libraries and doing rapid prototypes
Ensure automation projects adhere to set standards and solution architecture
Develops complex automation to support broader technology and business strategies
