About ApertureXI
ApertureXI Technologies uses AI automation to give mid-market businesses back the staff capacity they already pay for.

The problem we solve
Orders arrive as PDFs and get retyped into the ERP. Quality data moves between systems by hand. Game notes get written from scratch every night. Each extra order, admission or game adds one more manual handoff, so output stays tied to headcount.
ApertureXI automates the handoff. Your people move to the work only people do, and growth stops waiting on the next hire.

How we work
01
Start from one of 17 modules already running for customers. You see the result on real documents in the first meeting.
02
We configure the module for your ERP, EHR or ticketing platform at a fixed fee.
03
Our team monitors and tunes every automation after launch. The first customer deployments have run in production for three years.
